Habit Heroes is a gamified habit-tracking application designed to help children develop positive habits and build confidence. The Service includes features such as habit tracking, rewards, achievements, and parental oversight tools.
3. User Eligibility and Parental Consent
The Service is intended for use by children under the age of 13 only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy before allowing a child to use the Service.
By creating an account or allowing a child to use the Service, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to their use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Accounts and Registration
