How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Habit Heroes account and associated data, please fill out the form below. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
Steps to Request Deletion:
- Enter your account username or email address
- Select the reason for deletion (optional, used for analysis and app improvements)
- If "Other" is selected, provide additional details
- Submit the request
- Wait for confirmation email (within 30 days)
Data Retention and Deletion Information
What Data Will Be Deleted:
- User account information (username, profile details)
- Child profiles and associated data
- Habit tracking data and progress
- Rewards and achievements history
- App usage analytics and preferences
- Device and technical information
What Data Will Be Retained:
- Email addresses (kept for communication purposes only)
- Deletion request records (for compliance and audit purposes)
Retention Period:
All data except email addresses will be permanently deleted after a 90-day retention period. Email addresses will be kept indefinitely for communication purposes but will not be used for marketing or other purposes.
Note: The 90-day retention period allows us to comply with legal requirements, resolve any disputes, and ensure complete data removal. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
